Overview
At The Base Woodland, our Suples coaches are all certified under the guidance of Master Suples Trainer, Bridgette Hosick. They bring their expertise and passion to each class, ensuring that every member receives personalized attention and support in their fitness journey. The Suples training equipment, which includes The Bulgarian Bag, Suples Gladiator Wall, H.I.R.T.S. (High-Intensity Rope Training System), Suples Dummies, and the Suples Ball, is the cornerstone of our program. These wrestling-specific tools are utilized in our Suples classes every week, providing a challenging and effective workout experience.
Our Mission

The Bulgarian Bag, a crescent-shaped fitness tool made of leather and filled with sand, is used for a variety of exercises that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It improves grip strength, core stability, rotational power, and overall body coordination.

Techniques
The Suples Gladiator Wall offers a unique training experience by combining resistance bands and handles attached to a wall-mounted structure. It allows for a wide range of exercises that target the upper body, lower body, and core, enabling participants to develop strength, stability, and muscular endurance. H.I.R.T.S., the High-Intensity Rope Training System, utilizes weighted ropes for intense full-body workouts. By incorporating various rope movements such as waves, slams, and throws, H.I.R.T.S. enhances cardiovascular fitness, muscular power, and coordination.

Suples Dummies are life-sized wrestling dummies that provide a realistic training experience. They are used for grappling drills, takedowns, throws, and ground work.
