Coach Sara holds a 200-hour registered instructor certification through the esteemed Yoga Alliance. She is also a certified Yoga for BJJ instructor, blending her passion for both disciplines to create a unique and comprehensive yoga experience specifically tailored to enhance Jiu-Jitsu training. Yoga is for anyone wanting to practice the overall art, you don’t just have to train Jiu-Jitsu here with us!
